Make the pants/shirt/blazer bigger?

ive gained so much weight and now my clothes don't fit. I know what your probably saying. LOSE WEIGHT! well i can't lose weight now because im leaving next week. I am back in my parents house and ive been eating non-stop. I used to be very skinny and i was healthy skinny but when i came to my family's house i've been eating non-stop it's scary. Anyways i have a sweat pants pants from dolce and gabbana and i want them to be bigger. I don't know how though. can they make it bigger? Can they also make the shirts and blazers bigger? what ways can the tailor make the shirts or pants or blazers bigger? is it possible?
