Tips for an aspiring high end fashion photographer/makeup artist?

I'm 14 years old and I absolutely LOVE high end fashion. Like Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana. All that stuff. A lot of my friends have been wanting to do photo shoots with me and I really want them to be as professional and "stunning" as possible. I have a couple questions on doing makeup and how I should dress them up. Basically everything! First thing: Makeup! Do professionals always use foundation and concealer even if the model's skin is flawless? Second: Outfits. How can I make my ordinary, Forever 21, clothing look classy and "high end" in the pictures? If you have any other tips for me, PLEASE feel free to tell me! I'm going to need all of them.
