Do u know? plz help. what should i do?

if can invent something what should i do? where should i go to publish it? but the problem is that i'm young enough and don't know what to do. and if i tell it to other people if they publish it by themselves? and i'm not sure whether if was invented before. what should i do know? can u give me a perfect solution. plz help me.
